CloudBerry Lab creates cloud storage tools that assist in backing up public cloud data. CloudBerry Lab is now reporting that it’s customer base has doubled over the past year. CloudBerry Lab also notes that it’s resellers have experienced quadruple levels of revenue growth when compared to the previous year’s numbers.  In a press release, the enterprise cloud storage specialist detailed all of its impressive growth signals. Here are the key takeaways:

  • 320% Reseller Revenue Growth in 2014
  • Total Number of Resellers Grew by 282%
  • End User Revenue Numbers Spiked 184%
  • Total Number of End Users Rise by 86%

CloudBerry’s rapid growth over the past year further validates a market research report recently released by MarketResearchReports.biz. MRR’s report on STaaS (Storage as a Service) claims that the market will grow at a staggering 37.96% CAGR between the years 2015 and 2019.

Much of CloudBerry’s success has come from the enhancements and functionality that the lab has implemented into their offerings. Some of these enhancements include:

CloudBerry Managed Backup Integration with Autotask – This feature gives MSPs the ability to resell a CloudBerry Lab’s turnkey cloud-based backup solution. Using Autotask, MSPs can automatically provision backup services for their clients.

CloudBerry Managed Backup Integration with ConnectWise – ConnectWise is a leading business management platform for MSPs, VARs, and service integrators. Resellers of CloudBerry Lab can seamlessly offer backup solutions through ConnectWise in a turnkey fashion.

In a press release, CloudBerry Lab CTO Alexey Serkov says, “During 2014, many resellers and SMBs previously reluctant to embrace the cloud for backup responded to the availability of the advanced cloud backup solutions we were offering the market.” Serkov continues, “Our success in 2014 was due to our focus on secure cloud backup solutions that provide an answer for today’s backup requirements while remaining flexible and affordable.”
